I am a businessman, I started 1Cup Tea in search of a way out of my difficult times and struggle in life. Even after doing different businesses and not getting any success, I did not accept defeat and to achieve success, I used to think day and night, what kind of business should I do that will add to the success in my life.

I drink tea 3-4 times a day in my free time. One day I was very worried about business and that day I went to a hotel to drink tea. I found the taste of tea at that hotel to be different and after drinking the tea, my mind became a little better and I thought whether I should start a tea business.

From that day onwards I started exploring different types of tea but I couldn't understand anything as I had no experience with tea.

But my stubbornness did not let me turn back, I thought now I should go to Assam, from there I might get some success.

I set out for Assam and visited nearby places to gather information about tea. I took tea samples from some good gardens and returned home.

Coming home I showed some good quality samples in the market and got some orders from the market and I also imported tea from Assam and sold it in various shops.

After a few days, I got a call from the local market that we need tea, I asked them for time, it will take 10 to 15 days for the tea to arrive, I did not have the material right now, so I placed the order, got it from Assam and the tea was delivered as per the instructions.

In this way, I started getting orders from the market and I continued selling tea.

But I did not want to do business from just one place, I had to create my own brand and sell tea leaves in different places.

Now from here 1Cup Tea started and I made my own website and started selling online and from here I started a new venture of different masala tea leaves and used to taste the tea by mixing different spices at home and the taste was amazing, we used to mix those spices with tea leaves and pack the tea, in this way 1Cup Tea became a brand.

Today 1CupTea sells good quality teas and teas with different spices.

I just wanted something that is delicious, easy and doesn't cost a fortune. So we combined the best quality tea leaves with flavour and named it 1Cup Tea  - delicious, easy and doesn't cost a fortune.
